Performance Clinics

Picture
Collaborative workshop sessions exploring the various ways to improve the narrative, visual, emotional and performing aspect of any act for the stage or for the street.

For who?

Any performer(s) from any level and discipline could benefit from the clinics. But it also welcomes general public to discover the ins and outs that performers and director are facing in the building of any piece.

How it works?

4 performers are invited to present a short piece of work (+/- 5 minutes) that could be a finished piece, an early rough version of an act or even some research they have developed with no clear idea of where to go with it.

The exploration then starts on how to improve the general shape and delivery of it, based on the techniques of scriptwriting,  staging, directing and acting.

In some other sessions, scenes will be created through audience participation to illustrate most of the aspects explored on the night. Fun and emotion guaranteed.
